I started running in 2010 and have (mostly) kept it a habit ever since!
4+ miles easy (on Saturday), still pain will try the week.
Week totals: 75miles. Still lingering pain that got worse, so sat out 2 full weeks now with only weight lifting, dynamic movements, and leg work building the muscles in my lower legs.
Week totals: 0. No running this week- injured.
