Short-Term Running Goals:
I started running in 2010 and have (mostly) kept it a habit ever since!
20 miles this week. Gym every day.
30 miles this week. Gym every day.
20 miles this week. Did not enjoy it.
25 miles this week. Really am not enjoying it, but hoping the funk leaves just through sheer will.
PM: 6 miles.
PM: 6.5 miles in the pouring rain. I really enjoyed the rain- I will take it any day over how Florida is normally outside.
AM: 6 miles total, 2 "fast"
PM: 8+ miles in the rain... I finally had... fun... running again. Maybe a good sign?
PM: 6 miles in a downpour. Running has actually been fun the last two days...
PM: Gym and the treadmill.
