AM: Track in Safety Harbor. Workout was 4x100 w/ 100 rec, 2x200 w/ 200 rec, 2x300 w/ 100 rec, 2 x 400 w/ 200 rec, 1x600 with 200 rec, 2 x 400 w/ 200 rec, 2x300 w/ 100 rec, 2x200 w/ 200 rec, 4x100 w/ 100 recovery.
Mostly got faster as I went. 400s were 1:22/ 1:20 for the first two, then 1:19 (avg) during the 600, then 1:15/ 1:17 for the next two. I had more as I never gassed during the workout, and at one point felt frustrated that I wasn't giving a great effort during the second set of 300s. I really need a run buddy. Lapped everyone else at least twice by the end of it so maybe that takes away a lot of the incentive and motivation to run hard.
