Grading myself for week 4:

Mileage (A-): Very happy with my mileage.  One more week until I have a recovery week.

Speed (D+): I did do some speed, but I have to increase my effort and my times are pretty bad.

Nutrition (A-): Happy I can eat calories again.

Racing weight (B+): Weight: 142.  I'm down two more pounds this week, and only two until race weight.  I am okay with holding this weight.

That is some crazy mileage!

Hope the weather continues to cool and the storms hold off a bit (or are at least sporadic)...we are heading to DisneyWorld next week!

What days are you planning on going?! It should be okay- even with the storms, they are almost always sporadic like you mentioned.
