AM: 20.5 miles with Anthony, Charles, Drew, Lee, and Sydney.  Very spry: ~7:00-7:10 for the majority of it.

This is going to be one heck of a running week, I can already tell- I am feeling great.  I will call it "Runspringa" (trademark pending).  And it will.  Be.  Awesome.

 

PM: 10 more miles solo... because... RUNSPRINGA!  Felt great!
