AM: 9.2 miles total, 3 fast. 800, 1600, 800, 1600.  I wasn't planning on doing this workout (and just run other people at a slower pace), but 10 minutes before it started, Jeremy showed up, so I was inspired to.  He was a bit more prepared than I was and was ahead of me by the end of it, however I felt no need to make it a competition.  It is nice to see him push himself again- he really wants to run a 1:12 half, so it's good to see him changing his efforts.

Splits- 2:45, 5:21, 2:38, 5:26

PM: 7.8 miles total, 3 fast doing 12x400 with descending rests starting from 90 seconds and dropping all the way to 10 seconds standing rest.  This is always my favorite workout, but definitely challenging to nail.  Splits weren't terrific but were all sub 1:20, which is not bad considering the temperature and humidity.  Finally felt that uncomfortable feeling and am starting to push through it again.

Splits- 1:19, 1:20, 1:17, 1:15, 1:16, 1:15, 1:15, 1:14, 1:14, 1:15, 1:17, 1:16
