Short-Term Running Goals:
I started running in 2010 and have (mostly) kept it a habit ever since!
PM: 14 total miles worked around a game of kickball. Did a 4+ mile workout starting at mile nine at 5:27 pace for the majority of it and then knocking it down to 5:00/mile pace for the last mile.
