No running.  Literally just slept in for no reason.

My motivation is pretty non-existent.  I suppose I'm not surprised by this, I don't have any goals, I don't have any races I'm signed up for, and I am not showing a willingness to make time for running- even allowing excuses to fill my head.

AM: 9.2 miles total, 3 fast. 800, 1600, 800, 1600.  I wasn't planning on doing this workout (and just run other people at a slower pace), but 10 minutes before it started, Jeremy showed up, so I was inspired to.  He was a bit more prepared than I was and was ahead of me by the end of it, however I felt no need to make it a competition.  It is nice to see him push himself again- he really wants to run a 1:12 half, so it's good to see him changing his efforts.

Splits- 2:45, 5:21, 2:38, 5:26

PM: 7.8 miles total, 3 fast doing 12x400 with descending rests starting from 90 seconds and dropping all the way to 10 seconds standing rest.  This is always my favorite workout, but definitely challenging to nail.  Splits weren't terrific but were all sub 1:20, which is not bad considering the temperature and humidity.  Finally felt that uncomfortable feeling and am starting to push through it again.

Splits- 1:19, 1:20, 1:17, 1:15, 1:16, 1:15, 1:15, 1:14, 1:14, 1:15, 1:17, 1:16

PM: 6 miles.  Almost didn't run at all- forgot all my clothes, sneakers- everything.  Got dropped off at a store, then went and bought a new pair of sneakers, new shorts, and a new shirt and ran home.
