It is really good to see you on the blog again, and even better to know that you have made an almost complete recovery from COVID-19.

How long did it take until you were really able to start training again?

I have had some heart and lung issues since having COVID, and I tried training again, which resulted in some bad results.

For the time being the doctor has advised me against running, but says I can do some walking.

I am really hoping I can make a recovery someday similar to yours. You have always been a role model for me.

Good luck with your training, and

MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)

Interestingly, a guy with similar issues to me who got it when I did and progressed similar to me... passed away while at the gym the other day with an apparent heart issue, so I probably am not the one to listen to or follow. I'd listen to your doctor.
